PRINCIPELLE MATRIX

Principelle Matrix is a newly developed sterile wound dressing. Its design is based on a naturally occurring bioactive process. Mimicking this process in a synthetic model allowed for a close match to the complex processes that take place in chronic wounds. Principelle Matrix is a hydrated, superabsorbing copolymer (presence of various kinds of polymer) dressing. The unique design allows for an unparallelled capacity to hydrate and absorb within one dressing. This function is a perfect match to the moisture needs of the human skin.

PRINCIPELLE IF

Principelle IF® is a sterile wound dressing, comprising an inert acetate substrate impregnated with a cream containing a blend of trace elements and honey. The formulation contains no synthetic components; the minerals, trace elements and oxides are directly blended with medical grade dark buckwheat honey. The formulation is gradually released onto the wound surface after dressing application. The product is sterilised by Gamma radiation. The process of mixing components is done to an unusual high standard. PRINCIPELLE MELMAX

MelMax® is a sterile, inert wound dressing impregnated with a metal ion formulation and buckwheat honey specifically selected for medical use. The blend of trace elements (metal ions) normally also occurs in wound exudate and in the woundbed. Buckwheat honey is a rich source of phenolic compounds shown to be responsible for superior anti-oxidant activity; pH modulation is the basis for a cascade of regulatory processes bringing contaminated and chronic wounds back to appropriate stages of healing.
